• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order
• The price confirmed in your order confirmation email is the final price

4.4 Availability

Product availability is subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

5.2 Payment

• Payment must be received before orders are processed
• We currently accept bank transfers (EFT)
• Online payment options via PayFast are coming soon
• All payments are processed securely

5.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

• Products are unavailable
• Pricing or product information is incorrect
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Payment cannot be verified

5.4 Order Cancellation by You

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at info@scentlibrary.co.za. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier
